Clear records on our site

What this site holds and knows

These pages are here to explain what we build and how each panel goes onto a flat wall. We keep the setup simple, without profiles to create or entries to store, so reading through the shelves leaves very little behind.

What our pages do not collect

This site is made of flat pages with nothing to fill out. You do not open an account here, create a login, or save personal details to a profile. There are no forms asking for names or contact cards to browse the machines. You read what the pads do, check how the hook and loop strips work on drywall, and move through the shelves without leaving personal information on our pages.

What the web server records

Like any standard web host, the server keeps a basic operational log. It notes the page address requested and the time of the visit. This record shows general movement across the catalog so we can see which explanations help people most. The server log does not build personal profiles or attach your browsing history to your identity.

What happens when you write to us

If you send a letter to our postal desk or drop us an email, we have the message you wrote and the return address on the envelope or header. We keep that note only to write back and answer your question about our machines, pads, or hanging strips. We do not pass your note to outside mailing lists or compile your details into promotional lists.

Leaving for our retail partner

When you decide to choose a panel, you leave our site for our retail partner. That storefront handles all purchasing, shipping, and returns on its own infrastructure. We do not run their systems and we do not see your account on their side. Their records fall under their own policies, so you should check their own page for how they manage your visits.
