Packing it back up
Sending a machine back
Every machine and punching pad leaves through our retail partner. When a box needs to go back, the process follows the steps set on their site. Here is how that split works and where to look before packing the panel away.
Where returns are handled
All returns go through our retail partner on the same listing where the machine was found. They manage the parcel stream, the account pages, and the intake when a box travels back. The window to send a pack back is set on their own page. We do not have a desk inside their system, so checking the steps on their listing is the fastest route to get a label and send the box on its way.
Checking the height before repacking
Sometimes a machine feels awkward because it was pressed onto the drywall too high for younger hands or too low for an adult stance. That is an adhesive strip placement issue rather than a defect in the panel. The machine peels off the hook and loop strips and goes back up wherever the hands reach naturally. Taking the panel down to reset the position on the wall often solves what felt like a bad fit.
Questions we can answer by mail
We know our builds from the padded face to the controls on the front. If you want to know whether a light sequence is behaving as intended, how the Bluetooth pairs to a phone, or how the counter tracks hits, write to us. We can read your note and explain how the machine runs. What we cannot do is reroute a parcel, issue shipping papers, or take over actions that belong on the storefront.
Why we keep this simple
We build wall machines and let our retail partner run the shopfront. Making promises about transit times, collection rules, or intake windows would only cause trouble, because those policies belong entirely to their side. When you need to send a pack back, use their account portal. When you have a plain question about how the pad works on drywall, our inbox is open.
