Striking panels with a lit count

Wall targets for pace and rhythm

We build these padded panels for hallways and tight bedrooms where a bag will not fit. Each pad mounts without tools, pairs to a phone for sound, and runs a lit readout on the front to keep track of every clean strike.

How two heights work on one wall

A pad stays right where the adhesive hook and loop strips are pressed into the plaster or drywall. Nothing slides up and down on the wall. When a shorter person steps up to punch, the pad comes off the strips and goes back up on strips placed lower down. That is how one wall handles both an adult and a kid.
