How your machine reaches your wall
We make the wall panels and design how they work. When you buy one, the box comes through our retail partner rather than straight from our hands, so this page lays out where their part starts and where ours leaves off.
How the storefront handles shipping
Every box moves through our retail partner. Their listing carries the active notes on shipping speeds, dispatch dates, and sending a package back. We do not hold boxes in our own space or handle the transit steps ourselves, which means their page is where the true logistics stand. If you need to see transit terms for your address, look directly at the listing on the storefront.
What comes out of the carton
Inside the pack is the boxing machine or striking pad and the adhesive hook and loop strips needed to mount it. Several of our machines also come with a pair of gloves tailored for the build, while other options keep to the panel and strips alone. Each listing states whether gloves come in that carton. Once the box opens, pair your phone over Bluetooth and check the front controls before putting anything onto the drywall.
Checking your wall spot first
The panel goes up on adhesive hook and loop strips without any drilling or wall brackets. Where you press those strips against the wall is what fixes the height for whoever uses it. Find a flat stretch of wall in a hallway, bedroom, or garage before peeling any adhesive backings. Setting the right height at the start means your hands line up cleanly with the lights as they run across the front face.
Sorting out any trouble with a pack
If a carton shows up damaged, or if you need to arrange returns through the storefront, our retail partner manages those physical requests on their own portal. We cannot move packages or alter their warehouse processes. If you have questions about the machine build, pairing audio from your phone, or setting up your wall space, you can write directly to our desk and we will talk you through the panel.
