Most wall pads ask for one repeated strike in the middle. We divided this panel into four target zones so your eyes have to find the lit spot before your fist lands. Music streams from your phone through the speaker, and the counter climbs as long as your hands keep up.

• Four distinct zonesThe drill changes when four separate zones blink in random patterns. You cannot sit on one punch. Your eyes track the light across the face, your weight shifts, and you move between the corners instead of hammering one spot.
• Controls on the frontYou change the pace with the controls on the front of the pad. The speed steps up when you want to chase fast lights, or drops down when you want a slower rhythm to practice landing clean hits.
• Syncing your playlistPair your phone to the machine over Bluetooth and run your usual tracks through the built in speaker. The tempo of the song sets the tone for the round, whether that is a slow warmup or a fast finish.
• Strips on the drywallAdhesive hook and loop strips press directly against the wall to hold the pad flat. The mounting takes up zero floor space, leaving the hallway or bedroom clear for you to step side to side while punching.
