You press the adhesive hook and loop strips onto a clear stretch of drywall, hang the dark black panel at shoulder height, and tap the screen to link your phone. The lights move in time with your tracks, the counter ticks up on every clean strike, and the whole thing comes down flat when you need the wall back.

• Front touchscreen controlsA tap on the glass changes the light pattern or steps the pace up before a round starts. You can see the hit count climb while you move without reaching for your phone.
• Dark black shellWe cast the outer casing in deep matte black so the machine sits quietly against a bedroom wall when the lights are off. It blends into a hallway without looking like gym clutter.
• Adhesive strip mountingAdhesive hook and loop strips hold the padded face right against the wall paint. You decide where the height lands, and you can pull the machine down whenever guests stay over.
• Bluetooth phone audioThe speaker inside the panel takes whatever playlist is running on your phone. Fast tracks push the light sequence ahead, turning an ordinary evening routine into a rhythm drill.
