We put a pair of gloves right in the carton so the first round starts the evening this arrives. The panel hangs from adhesive hook and loop strips pressed onto the drywall. Tap the touchscreen on the front, link your phone over Bluetooth, and hit the lit targets as the counter ticks up.

• Gloves in the boxYou do not need to hunt down hand wraps or borrow gear before starting. A pair of gloves sits right in the package, ready for your hands the moment the panel goes up.
• Touchscreen on the frontTap the screen on the front face to shift between light patterns and dial the speed up or down. The panel tracks your hits and shows the running total while you stay in rhythm.
• Music from your phonePair your phone over Bluetooth and let your own playlists set the tempo. The built in speaker drives the cadence of the round so you hit on the beat instead of watching a clock.
• Strips on the wallAdhesive hook and loop strips hold the machine flush against the wall without hardware. Pull the panel off the wall and press it on lower when someone with a shorter reach wants a round.
